Active Duty Unit Looking to Purchase for Training

Hey guys working a purchase for my unit to conduct training with, Have previous experience with KWA models and always seemed to have issues with consistency and reliability but do want the kick and realism of gas for the unit. What if any system would you recommend for minimal upgrade and maximum reliability.

Were not expecting the rifles to perform past 50m but would be very pleased to get consistent accuracy out to that.

Realism function and weight are what is steering the conversation away from AEG systems but if someone has one they would recommend for this use case feel free to also drop that.

Current thoughts are the tokyo marui MWS ZET or a VFC?
