Fc won't communicate with the fc

Just upgraded my 5' from alalog to DJI and it all seemed to work fine, but when I tried to arm it the motors just don't spin. The fc is getting power and the esc does its boot chime but that's it. No errors in osd and it did work before. Any ideas?
