Is there a Word for this?

I dislike people who are overly passive and allow others to push them around. They lack the courage to stand up for themselves and hold others back, they're only purpose is being there and they're even useless at that. Is there a short phrase or word for this?

I don't mean people who are phsyically weak, disabled or have mental disorders.
