Statute of Limitations on Teachers Ethics Violations and Grooming?

Hello, I am Canadian, not sure if anyone can help. I’m also not a teacher, but I was a student at the time this was happening.

Basically, when I was 15-18, I was cast in a play along with an elementary school teacher from a different school (I was in high school). Well we ended up “talking”, for about 3 years. I am 26 and I now know that he was fully grooming me. I still have the messages on Facebook between us. There were severe romantic and sexual undertones to all of his messages and when I was young I didn’t understand why I felt uncomfortable after a while. At first I felt special, mature, etc. But when he kept asking me to come over to his house, so he could “tutor” me, or watch a movie with me, or reenact Romeo and Juliet in his living room alone, I began to pull back. The messages are very incriminating and with dates.

If anyone has any information for me on if I can do anything now as an adult I would love to hear it. It makes me sick to think about all the other young girls he groomed or successfully statutory’d. And he still works with children from my knowledge.
