[8 YoE] Looking to make a vertical move, no formal education, first time having to make a software developer resume
Hey There! I've been a self taught software developer for 8 years - at the same company for 10 years. They gave me a shot knowing what my hobbies were at the time and it really worked out and I've performed very well. The position was essentially just handed to me without interviews and knowing I wasn't that experienced professionally at the time. Hoping to do more windows application development (WPF, MFC) over web development.
Looking for feed back since this is the first time I've ever had to make a resume as a developer, worried about my lack of any formal education. I've applied to a few places so far, have yet to hear back.
