What is the max current draw a USB port on the RPi5 that it could handle?

I have a monitor plugged into my raspberry pi 5 and the monitor keeps flickering on and off. The monitor runs off 5V and it's rated at 5.2942W. I thought I saw something about the ports being able to draw a max of 1.6V but I haven't found something to confirm or deny that.
