Planning on dropping everything and moving to Estonia. Am I delusional?

I'm Mexican, living in México. I'm very close to giving up on my city and I recently stumbled upon an Estonian touristic ad and really liked what I saw.

How hard is to get a citizenship? A work visa? Can I continue studying over there? Could I even survive without speaking Estonian or can I make with just English?
