What's up with Microsoft Edge and Intel Iris Xe

I have a Dell Precision 5680 with Intel Iris XE and 3500 Ada (and also i9 13th and 64GB Ram). This issue has been going on forever and no matter which apps I have installed, how many clean reinstalls I do, what SSD I use etc, Edge is just one annoying app.

When scrolling through anything, every 10 seconds or so there would be a quick lag/stutter which is noticeable enough to make me mad. This applies to Youtube as well. I've posted this before too in hopes of finding a fix, and the only thing that semi worked was opening the flags in Edge and setting "ANGLE graphics backend" to OpenGL.

Guess what - a few days ago the issue returned. I have no clue what the heck is happening. Chrome is working perfectly fine, this only happens on Edge. I'd obviously switch to Chrome but I use Edge on my other devices as well and enjoy the synced passwords, history, bookmarks etc.

Trust me when I say I've tried everything, as overkill as it sounds even buying a new SSD to test. Such little bugs make me regret spending so much on this laptop
