Are there any 'casual' players in SSL?

I find that my skill ceiling tops off at gc3 for a very long time now. I keep moving between gc1-gc3 (with 3 being rare occasions)

I do play everyday, but not grinding the shit of the game more like 30-40 min session a day

Has anyone been able to reach SSL with this much playtime?
