Recruit Faces

Has anyone seen if recruits look like their profile pictures in game? So, basically does their picture match their in game avatar?

Can’t speak for new Maddens, but on ones I’ve played, I’ve had rookies who had dreads in their profile pic but a completely different face/ hairstyle in game. Drives me crazy.
