Tattoo anxiety

I recently got my first tattoo thats an actual design and not just some small script and I keep jumping from loving it to nitpicking details then back to loving it then being worried other people hate it then back to what I can add to make it look cuter and I have no idea if this is normal, if I actually don't like the tattoo, or if I'm just being my overly anxious self again. Any input would be great
