Mouse model studies

Wondering if anyone knows of any examples of “promising”, “revolutionary”, etc. studies that performed well in mouse/rat models but failed to produce the same or any positive results in human?

I have a tendency to want to immediately believe any new science supported by research in other mammals and reminding myself that being proven to be effective in one doesn’t necessarily translate to the other
