Sister refused my Hug

Im 25 years old and my sister is 22, Today there was no one at home except my sister, and i finally got the courage to finally talk to her. I opened her room’s door and sat next to her. Asked her that her hair arent looking good lemme fix you. And i have never touch her before this is the first time im fixing her hair. She was also confused that why all of a sudden i would fix her hair. So, grabbed comb and started to fix her hair. After like 10 minutes i told her can i hug you. She instantly refused saying you are my brother despite i look handsome. I’m not ashamed of what i did even though we belong to very very religious family.
