Help needed regarding web dev

So the thing is I really love designing and stuff.. like figma and back-end wala kaam.. but the thing is I really hate html and css to the core.. (⁠⁠_⁠⁠) can I just learn the basic of html and css like adding images links etc in html and in css padding fonts bg color font color etc etc.. and jump onto is and learn frontend using it and python.. will it be a nice idea.. please help thanks..
