Very slight dull pain in what feels like testicles, lower abdomen and lower back.

28M not very sexually active but did have chalmydia 5 years ago and 3 clean STD test after. I have not had sex in the last 6-8 months.

4 days ago I noticed that everytime I took a drink I needed to pee. It seemed like an excessive amount of pee for the amount I was drinking. This seems to be worse in the morning, so this morning I went 5 times in an hour. Now I haven't peed in 2 hours. No pain/discomfort or discharge when I pee.

There feels like there is a slight dull ache coming from my tescticles that's radiating to my lower abdomen and lower back (the testicle pain started today, lower addomen and back started around the same time I noticed a change in urinating frequency). However there is no abnormal pain when I inspect and touch/squeeze them. I searched online and found epididymitis as a might be cause.

I also have a slight nausea that comes and goes.

Can epididymitis develop 6 months after my last intercourse if I was infected by and STD then or would it have come alot sooner?
