Real premium and Registry premium are two categories of premium domains The latter got introduced by Registries of new Tld's. Registries are the owners of Tlds (not registrars who book), who sells some keyword domains at premium above the normal prices. While real premium domains are the market premium domains, which are sold by buyers in the aftermarket at premium of their choice.
