Pain in Pelvic Area

Location: below my mom pooch (weird I know but hard to explain) and above my pelvic area.

Any existing relevant medical issues: none

Current medications: citalopram and metformin

I am having intense pains in location explained above. The area looks swollen but no physical signs something is wrong. I thought it was from my sweatpants being in a weird spot on my flight but everyday it gets worse. It almost feels like the pain is right under my skin. Hopefully someone can give me guidance.
