How old is Cindy?

Seems like people really have differing opinions on her age. I’ve seen everything from cuno’s age to in her late 30s. I always assumed she was in her early 20s. Because, the 2 communist guys view her as a peer and that the two guys with the jackets seem to look up to her. But maybe there’s something I’m missing any thoughts.
