Neighborhood Fights

How would you handle a neighbor whose kids are always fighting with your own? Nothing physical to the point of injury, mainly just words. And the parent of the kids always feels the need to text me about it afterwards. I believe in letting them figure it out themselves (unless there is bodily harm or offensive language or comments). And the messages are extremely one sided, where she places most, if not all, of the blame on my children. I'm just tired of it all, the fighting and the unnecessary (to me) messages.
