Hiw much exp does Watcher's keep give?

I'm curently stuck on Draconis fight. I saw online that spike trap is a good way of killing him but I don't have any thiefs with HLA. The closest I have is Hexat who is level 21. If I went with her to the keep would I be able to get her to level 24 for the traps?
