Help! I am SO CONFUSED!

I don’t even know where to begin with this because it’s all so embarrassing. This is probably going to be a long post, but please bear with me because I need answers. So my BF (64) Has a backpack that he constantly carries with him to work in every place else. Anytime I’ve ever tried to get into it. He grabs it real quick, etc. and it was obvious he didn’t want me to see what’s in it. so he gets in the shower and I could not help myself. I had to see what was in there. To my surprise & utter disgust, I found four tampons that he obviously has been sticking in his anus (filled w/feces) all wrapped together with long strings attached. Not only that I found ladies underwear, nine pairs to be exact and sanitary pads that he has been urinating in. Obviously I’m assuming he is inserting the tampons into his anus for pleasure but why is he keeping this stuff? He has no idea that I looked in to see what was in his backpack. I cannot even look at him without being disgusted! There are several other things that are very concerning to me, but I’m gonna wait and see what you’ll have to say. I have talked to several I have talked to couple of my friends, and all I’m getting is possibly cross-dressing, possibly gay. No one seems to know what the deal is with, keeping the tampons and feminine products that he has defecated on and if I didn’t mention the other day, one was urine soaked and he’s just keeping it in there just free. Eventually it’s gonna start smelling. He takes it to work and takes it inside. I know because I’ve had to drive him to work before anyway any advice would definitely help. Thank you, Reddit community
