Questions for M3 MacBook Pro

Hi! I have 2 questions:

1. The Adobe site no longer allows free trial downloads, all the trial software require a credit card registration. How do I get the free version to use with AdobeZii?

2. Which version of AdobeZii should I use with my M3 MBP on Sonoma 14.5?

Thank you in advance to all the kind souls who can help out!
