My guitar is still out of tune

Hello everyone, I have an original Peavy T-60 electric guitar from the first 80's. I sent it to the luthier to have it tuned, because although it was well tuned to the twelfth fret, many notes on the neck were out of tune. It's back from the luthier and it's the same, it's perfectly in tune even at the twelfth fret, but if you press many frets in the middle of the neck it's strongly sharp. Especially the first three frets are a disaster. I don't know what to do anymore, I checked and it seems that the handle curvature is ok
