Pivot table running total against total calculation

Hi,

I have a table that shows % collected payments based on the date billed and billed amount. Example below:

I want to recreate this in power query/pivot table to not have to manually update this every month, but I am running into some difficulty. I currently have a query set up that gives me these fields in the right of the screenshot above.

Basically, the question I want to answer is given total billed from the BillDate Month, how much have we been paid MOM from that date, as a running total across row shown as a % of the total billed.

Is this possible?
