Looking to get Double Incision in the next year

I have been looking to get my Top Surgery for awhile now. I’m currently 4 years on Testosterone and absolutely love everything about it. I have a bigger chest and it’s becoming harder to cover/ keep it from being noticeable. My Fiancée is extremely supportive and pushes me everyday. I don’t have insurance and have only found 2 surgeons with the prices between $7000-$13500 and work a low income job. I don’t know how ima do it but I want to get it around my 5 year mark
