Sell or trade?? Need Advice

I have an 08 Altima Coupe 2.8. About 120k miles and minor cosmetic issues. No issues mechanically. I stay up to date on servicing it. I want to sell it or just put it up for trade offers online. I just honestly dont know what my car would be worth. If I were to trade id want a car thats manual. (ill take anything it doesnt have to be a crazy car) What would you guys do?
