Back fan runs forever

After finishing printing, the back fan runs forever making loud noise and never stops even the speed on the control panel shows zero. I have to manually increase the fan speed (on the LCD panel) and turn back to zero, and only then the fan stops. This also happens after the power is on. Is this only me? I think it has the latest firmware.
