Ladies who use vaginal estradiol 0.1%, have you seen an increase in your libido?

42F here and I tricked my OBGYN to giving me vaginal estradiol 0.1% so I can use it on my face. I thought, well I will be getting enough cream to use both up and down so let me use it down there too. Soooooo, not sure what on earth is going on but I used vaginal estradiol 0.1% today for the first time in the morning. 8 hours later, I feel an increase in my desire to mate(for a lack of better term). I know topical estrogen does not go systemic significantly. My OBGYN said using this cream 365 days a year will have less estrogen get into my system than taking one HRT pill. So I am confused why such a change in desire to have sex? I have more drive than when i was in my 20’s today. Not placebo because I was absolutely not expecting anything like this. Maybe coincidence? Maybe today was the day that I would actively be wanting sex and it coincided with me using the cream?

Anyone else experienced such a thing?
