How do I stay calm if Donald Trump gets reelected?

I have been trying to ignore politics as much as possible but I keep hearing snippets of just how bad things will get if he gets reelected, especially with Project 2025. Now I am a 27 year old black autistic straight dude who is unemployed(yes I have been job searching, lets not make that the main topic) and studying game development at home and looking for a good college so i am not sure how much Project 2025 will personally affect my life but I am still worried about that among other things Trump could do. I am trying to not worry but as we get closer to elections, I start to get more anxious and if Donald Trump gets reelected...I'm not sure how I will stay calm. My family does not have the funds to leave the country.
