INNOVV K7 or VANTRUE F1 or another dashcam?

Hey there,
I am considering installing a dashcam on my bike and my father's new bike after he was involved in a traffic accident (thankfully escaping unharmed, but his bike was totaled) with the other driver causing the accident fleeing the scene. I understand that these dashcams are on the expensive side, but I prioritize safety over cost. Would be dope if you could provide your thoughts or recommendations on the INNOVV K7 or VANTRUE F1 or another product that is even better?

The only must for me is a clear readability of licence plates in bad visibility in accidents, i dont really care about recording scenic rides😅.
