is a 720W power supply for the 4070 super with a AMD Ryzen 5 5600G enough?

i know i need to upgrade my cpu badly but just wondering is my power supply enough? Ive read that recommend is 750W but on other sources they say 600W is enough i just need to clarify my pc is running non stop daily for long high end games my power supply has 720W
