Questions for the LFI and ECI portion of my police interview

So I have 2 questions regarding both the LFI and ECI portion of my police interview. For context this for the Toronto police department. For the LFI, which requires us to know information about the city; What are important things I should know about my city that my interviewer might ask me? For ECI portion I'm having trouble thinking of situations in which I show competencies. Does anybody have any good sample answers for situations in which you should competencies such as resiliency, communication, and inclusivity.
