Any penalty for PHV driver last minute cancel?

This morning I knew that I was going to be late for work, so I booked a Gojek ride. After 5 minutes, a ride was found, but the driver was like 10 minutes away.

The driver did not arrive at the pickup point so I made a call and heard him confirming some numbers with another guy (I assume is another passenger) and he hung up on me. From the GPS, I could see that guy drove off without picking me up lol.

After about another 3 minutes, the driver cancelled on me wtf. I was assigned to another driver who was 6 minutes away. I’m just wondering if that first driver will be penalised in any way or something. I am also unable to make a complain because Gojek links report to your current/past transaction. I do have that driver’s details though.
