why does rdr2 do this?

whats with this game and misleading so bloody much??!

i just got done searching for hours and hours for a goddam high stakes map just to do the explorer challenges, and the game didnt give me anything, nothing

i researched for so long trying to find if it was even possible after missing him once and being in chapter 6

i got so many results, locations and whether its up for grabs still, times to find him, indicators what not.

But the game decides the rng and ig i got the shittest one ever, or im unlucky. But i finally find it whence leaving, srsly when leaving, randomly by cumberland falls.

and the reason i mention that its this games problem not the mission is because this has happened so much before, usually in my case its been for hunting, perfect pelts spawn locations and spawn times. Even old bases that you cant access, get misleaded again, come back later and its available?

whats with this game and just deciding when things will go your way and not.

I truly wonder how big a fraction rng takes of this.
