Black eyeliner - 40plus

Hey all!

So I’m 45 and have read so many things about black eyeliner on the lower lid being aging. I’ve been wearing this for 20 years . I can see how it might be aging on me, but when I’ve tried different options eg - browns, none on bottom etc , I look so washed out. Nothing makes my eyes stand out like black eyeliner ! Any other suggestions? Thank you !!
