Wedding planner unresponsive 3 months before wedding, should we be worried?

Hi, my partner and I contracted with a planner to do 1) florals, 2) design, 3) rentals, 4) month of coordination.

We've been emailing the last 2 months or so to figure out what the plan is. The pattern is that she'll respond 7+ days later asking a clarifying question, and then disappear again. We recently emailed asking if she had a plan, and have not heard back after a few days, not even a "hey I'm busy, I'll get back to you."

Should we be worried? We have less than 3 months to go...at what point do we need to start pursuing a Plan B? Thank you all!
