How do you think a visible chest scar from an open heart surgery going to affect in the dating/ arranged marriage scene? Be honest please

I'm a male, going to get an open heart surgery next week for my BAV + AAA.
This is going to leave a significant chest scar for the rest of my life and I'll be on blood thinners as well.

I'm wondering how it'll affect me in the dating/ arranged marriage scene as I'm just 19 rn and have a long way to go still. I'm supposed to remain fertile and testosterone wouldn't be affected by the medicines as per the doctor.

But I wonder how this knowledge would affect my prospects.
