My boyfriend’s kitten won’t stop scratching, biting, and playing with cords

So, this kitten is probably about 4-5 months old. He’s very energetic. I don’t know if it’s a time thing or what, but he loves to bite and scratch. He was initially pretty chill when my bf first got him but he has slowly become a little tornado. He bites at our feet while we’re walking or just sitting down. Claws and bites at our hands when we’re petting him. Plays with chargers, cords to the projector, etc. The 2 breaking points were when he scratched me across the face while i was asleep (enough to draw some blood) and he chewed through the cord to my bf’s pc headset. We don’t know what to do and any advice would help. <3
