Is Hoops MMR super deflated, 2s inflated, or am I just unlucky?

Haven’t really touched ranked anything in a long time, but I got it in me to play hoops.

After placements, I landed at Plat 3 Div4, and am now down to plat 2div4

Placements were super sweaty with GC titles from last season on someone in the lobby every other game. Saw 1 SSL tournament winner title.

Same thing in plat 2 now.

Is Plat2-3 hoops just C2-GC1 2v2 now?

Last time I really played hoops many season ago I was C2 and it didn’t feel this crazy.
