Taxonomy Filter Terms Disappearing on Front-end, But Working on Editor

First time using loop grid and taxonomy filters. The taxonomy filter is working on backend, but when I load the page it only shows the first item and none of the terms.

Not sure if "manual selection" is correct for query section on the loop grid, but "current query" produced no results on the loop grid when selecting an item on taxonomy filter.

No idea what I'm doing wrong, but nothing I try seems to work. Any help would be appreciated!
