Guy squished cyclist into my car

So yesterday I was sitting in my car ready to leave , guy tries to takeover the bus and squishes a cyclist into my car causing the cyclist to scratch my hood and bumper . Cyclist took off immediately and I couldn’t get his info, I went up to the driver of the car that pushed him into me and he refused to give me any of his info (I have everything on dashcam . I walked off after he said he wasn’t going to give me anything he then drove off and I went the same way he did and I found him parked in front of a restaurant, I decided to pull over and go up too him and ask him again for his info he again declined and instead told me “ I WILL NEED YOUR INFORMATION ” and he said if you want call the police . I did go ahead and do that and they took nearly 45 minutes , they said they can’t do anything since the cyclist took off . I want to file a police report on this guy since he is declining on paying any damages on my car . I just bought the car (MercedesBenz C63 AMG) a few weeks ago and now I have a roughly couple hundred dollar expense .
