[Fo4] Has script extender been updated yet or do I downgrade?

My old hard drive died so I’ve lost all my mods for all my Bethesda games as well as the games themselves. I just got a new hard drive today after a few months and am looking to re-download my mods starting with fallout. So has the fo4 script extender been updated or should I downgrade? Also any mod recommendations people have since I’m starting fresh
