Do I have any rights in this situation? England

I’m just posting in here as well as another subreddit.

I’m in a bit of a predicament and I’m wondering where I stand here. I’m living in a 4 bedroom flat, currently housing 3 people including me. I am legally renting and am on the tenancy agreement, however one person has brought their family member and they’re both staying in one room for several months now.

The guy that was brought over is being difficult, he genuinely believes he’s entitled to live in the house, despite not being on the agreement. He is smoking weed and stinking up the house, being obnoxious and constantly in my face, when I ask him to follow certain rules (not stink up the house with weed smell and using an extractor fan when cooking to name a few). I’ve already told the landlord but all he says is “I gave them notice to move out”. After today’s episode, I just wanna be out of here. The landlord said that he’ll see what he has available and will be in touch in a few days. I need this now, I genuinely feel like my safety is compromised, my mental health is deteriorating because of these people.

What can I do here? If my landlord moves me out, I’ll have to pay loads to move all my stuff and what if the place costs way more. Do I have any rights here? Thank you for any advice, I’m exhausted :(
