Anxious parent getting anxious FAST

My son got into bscs at FAST karachi, but I really need some queries answered urgently.

1- how do we apply for transfer to another campus? Cuz the fees has to be paid by august 2nd, and transfer between campuses isn’t possible after the payment, so how do we go about it?

2- why’re they calling it a conditional admission offer?

3- I want to wait for 2nd merit list of GIK, and the result of the 4th NET, but then will we lose the seat at FAST?
