How do I turn the volume down on a video stream in a call on mobile?

I've turned down my call volume to the lowest and it's still too loud. I've tried adjusting the user volume of the one streaming, but it doesn't change the stream volume. I've changed volume on the desktop app before by changing the stream volume level like it's a user, but that's not an option on mobile.
