When should I ask someone I just started dating for where we stand?

Hey reddit,

So I (M29) recently started dating this beautiful girl (F25) and we are having (in my eyes) amazing chemistry. Nothing really has happened yet after the first couple of dates besides holding hands but when we message she does give me hints. She has said that she has been dating for a bit but has never been in a relationship before in her life. Now I'm wondering how much space I should give her before asking plainly for more clarity on where I'm standing. I like that we take is slow as it took me quite some time to get past my ex and she does know about that. But I also like to know where I'm standing with her.

What do you all think is a good time to ask where I'm standing with her and what our 'chances' are?

Normally I would just ask her straight up but as she hasn't been in a relationship as of yet I'm not sure and I don't want to put pressure on it what might drive her away.

Anyone got any insight into a situation like this?

If anything needs more clarification then I'm happy to asnwer. Not sure what to say in these posts as its my first.
