Residence Permit Appointment

Moin leute,

Since I moved here from the UK in June with work Visa, I'm required to apply for a residence permit within 90 days of moving here with the local Ausländerbehörde: Link

I've filled in the "Vordruck Terminvergabe Einreise" and sent it their email over a month ago but didn't receive any kind of confirmation from them that it arrived in their inbox?

When doing my health insurance application, they sent me a automated reply so I was expecting similar.

So my question is, before I start making multiple calls/emails trying to speak to anyone at their office, is how they normally operate? Should I have received some kind of automatic reply? Or do I eventually just get a email from them later with approval/rejection for the appointment?

Any advice/help would be grateful.
