Advice needed for Fart fan in powder room

When our house was built, an exhaust fan wasn’t installed in our downstairs half bathroom. I would like one, more for muffling bathroom noises than smell. There is no way to vent an exhaust fan upwards & the exterior walls are brick. Is there an easier to install fan/noisemaker we could just mount to a wall and wire it to the light switch so it just comes on when the light is turned on? TIA for any ideas/suggestions!
