[CA] potentially leaving a job (commission and bonus advice)

I was advised to cross post here.

I work for a small company without a formal HR setting in California where I receive commission on paid invoices quarterly. My next payout is not scheduled until October. I am interviewing for a new position and I believe I will be getting the offer this week. Currently all of my orders have shipped and invoices will be sent before I give my notice but due to the terms provided, my accounts will not pay some invoices until September. I also receive an annual bonus if i exceed my sales plan, which I have already done so far.

It’s not much, including the bonus it is under 2k total. I’ve read conflicting things online and I am willing to cut my loss but if I am entitled to the earned and unpaid wages I would like it of course. Any advice is helpful!
