A guy recorded me giving head with my permission. He is threatening to leak it now without my permission is this legal?

I at the time was 14f and he was 15m. He and I had met a while before and we decided to try some stuff. He asked to record me and I said yes. Now he and I broke up and he is threatening to leak the video with my face in it. What should I do?
